The hotel itself was fabulous and spotless and the staff were pleasant, it had amazing location in in the midst of everything. I was there for 3 nights and ate at beach restaurant for dinner. The provided service was very good. The stay was absolutely very good.

It had perfect location a short walk to Playa Cala Rovira. Our room was functional and updated with comfortable beds, fresh towels, as for instance, just what we needed.

We were looked after as if we were family. A family member was taken ill and taken to hospital - the support I received was fantastic. It is all very well rate a hotel when everything is going well - the staff at Hotel Els Pins pulled out all the stops to help when I had a family crisis.

Travelled as a company of 4... we were given a "family" room for the same price. It had 2 bathrooms and 5 beds and the room itself was really big, unexpectedly big i can say! It also had a split air conditioning system with a seperate setups for each of the room. Hotel has great location (around 50-70 metres to the beach). Hotel was quite both at day and night.
One of the bathrooms was too small (it was not that convenient as the result). It was especially uncomfortable for such a person like me, who is nearly 1.9m tall. Another point was TV set - it's too prehistoric, though it is really a minor flaw!

People that run the place were great and very accomodating. It is a great location by the water but beware this is very busy town and may not be great for those seeking a more relaxed Costa Brava experience
Rooms were very basic but clean. Expensive compared to what we got for the same price in other parts of Spain
